摘要

[目的]探寻烤烟生产中α-萘乙酸的最佳施用方式.[方法]烟株打顶后在不同部位施用α-萘乙酸,研究其对烤烟成熟期的农艺性状、经济性状、化学性状以及感官品质的影响.[结果]不同部位施用α-萘乙酸均可促使烤烟烟叶的最大叶长和最大叶宽有所增加;能有效提高烤烟产量、产值以及中上等烟比例;可提高烟叶中水解糖以及钾离子等化学指标的含量,降低烟碱含量,提高烤烟的吸食品质.[结论]以α-萘乙酸棉球扎顶的处理综合效果最佳.

Abstract

[Objective] The aim was to find the best α-NAA application method in flue-cured tobacco production.[Method] After topping,α-NAA was applied on different parts of tobacco to study its effects on agronomic traits,economic traits,chemical traits and sensory quality in mature period.[Result] Applying α-NAA can increase the leaf length and width of flue-cured tobacco,and it also can improve the yield,output value and the radio of secondary smoke.What is more,α-NAA can not only improve the content of chemical indexes like hydrolysis sugar and potassium ion,but also reduce the content of nicotine,and it also improve the smoking qualities.[Conclusion] The topping tampons soaked with α-NAA has the optimum efficiency.
