苗期干旱锻炼对果桑抗旱性的影响

摘要
[目的]研究苗期干旱锻炼对果桑抗旱性的影响,以期为果桑种植产业的发展提供理论依据和技术支撑.[方法]在温室中模拟干旱环境,以常规管理的果桑幼苗(DM组)和经干旱锻炼的果桑幼苗(DH组)为研究材料,考察干旱条件下2种果桑幼苗的生理特性变化,探讨干旱锻炼对果桑抗旱性的影响.[结果]经干旱锻炼的DH组果桑株高、地径、根系表面积均优于DM组果桑;DH组果桑的净光合速率和水分利用效率总体均显著高于DM组,而蒸腾速率和气孔导度总体均低于DM组;DH组果桑的脱落酸含量和水势均低于DM组.[结论]苗期干旱锻炼能够显著提高果桑的抗旱性.
Abstract
[Method] To research the effects of seedling drought hardening on drought tolerance of mulberry trees,and to provide theoretical reference and technical support for the mulberry trees planting industry.[Method] Simulating drought environment in the greenhouse,we used potted mulberry seedlings to study the effects of seedling drought hardening on growth and physiological characteristics of mulberry seedlings with two different groups,namely,drought hardening group (DH) and daily management group (DM).[Result] After drought hardening,the plant height,base diameter,root surface area of mulberry trees of DH group were better than those of DM group.The fruit mulberry trees with drought exercise had higher average value than normal mulberry seedlings at Pn and water use efficiency,indicating that the mulberry seedlings with drought exercise could keep a stable photosynthesis in a drought environment.Meanwhile the mulberry seedlings with drought exercise had a lower average value than normal mulberry seedlings at Gs and Tr.ABA content and leaf water potential of mulberry trees of DH group were both lower than those of DM group.[Conclusion] Seedling drought hardening significantly increases the drought resistance of mulberry trees.
