摘要
[目的]明确松散回潮工序对卷烟感官质量的影响.[方法]将试验用的一批片烟原料烟叶分成5份,分别为A、B、C、D和E组,每份约2000 kg,在切片后均匀施加到传送带上,每份进行3个参数的一个梯度试验,共进行5个梯度试验.[结果]松散回潮工序对包灰效果、燃烧锥长度、顺畅感、香韵、吸味、均衡性6项指标基本无影响;对杂气有较小的正面影响;对干燥感有较小的负面影响;对香气质、刺激性、细腻度、柔和度、烟气状态、余味6项指标有较大的正面影响.[结论]了解松散回潮工序各加工参数对卷烟感官品质的影响,可为提高卷烟品质提供参考.
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to study the effects of loose resurgence on sensory quality of cigarette.[Method] A batch of tobacco slice materials were divided into 5 groups(A group,B group,C group,D group and E group),each about 2 000 kg,evenly applied to the conveyor belt,each gradient test with 3 parameters was conducted on 5 groups.[Result] The results showed that loose resurgence process basically has no influence on ash coating effect,combustion cone length,smooth feeling,flavor,smell suction and balance;positive impact is small to the mixed gas;negative effect is smaller for dryness;positive effect is larger to aroma,pungent,delicate,soft degree,smoke state and aftertaste.[Conclusion] Effects of loose resurgence processing parameters on cigarette sensory quality are studied,which provide reference basis for improving cigarette quality.
