摘要

通过高温爆破技术将切成小段的不适用烟叶与烟杆按照7∶1的比例在230℃、1.2 MPa高温高压条件下爆破15 min,将气爆产物和辅料按7∶3放入发酵池并加入AT发酵基发酵,调节水分至50% ~ 60%,待温度升到55℃以上,每隔3d翻堆一次,发酵60d充分腐熟形成有机肥.该有机肥料通过四川省肥料产品质量监督检验站检验符合国家标准,且经ELISA烟草病毒检查试纸检测未检出病毒病,可安全使用.

Abstract

Under the high temperature and high pressure conditions of 230 ℃,1.2 MPa,small pieces of inapplicable tobacco leaf and tobacco rod (ratio of 7∶1) were balsted for 15 min,the products and accessories (ratio of 7∶3) were put into fermentation tank with ATT,adjusting water to 50%-60%,when temperature rose to above 55 ℃,turning every 3 days,after fermentation for 60 days,organic fertilizer was produced.The organic fertilizer was proved in line with national standard by Sichuan Fertilizer Quality Inspection Station,and there was no virus disease through detection of ELISA tobacco virus examination paper,which can be used in safety.
