摘要
[目的]测定市售草莓中的农残含量,探究市场上草莓的可食用性.[方法]选取不同地区、不同品种的100份草莓样品,对乙草胺、腐霉利、艾氏剂、林丹、联苯菊酯、甲氰菊酯6种常见农药的残留量进行检测,依据国家标准验证草莓中的农残量是否超标.[结果]试验确定了简便但能准确测定结果的样品前处理方法,再通过气相色谱法对草莓样品进行检测得出,100份草莓样品中6种农残含量均符合国标要求.[结论]研究可为防止农药污染农产品和环境,安全生产无公害果品提供参考依据.
Abstract
[Objective] The amount of pesticide residues in strawberries in market was determined to explore their edibility.[Method] Selecting 100 strawberries of different varieties from various places,the residues of 6 common pesticides were determined including acetochlor,procymidone,aldrine,lindane,bifenthrin,fenpropathrin,whether the amount of pesticide residues in strawberry exceed the standard was verified according to national standard.[Result] A simple and accurate sample pretreatment method was obtained,and gas chromatography was used to detect strawberries,it was found that 6 kinds of pesticide residues in 100 samples of strawberry were in line with national standard.[Conclusion] The study can provide reference for the prevention of pesticide pollution of agricultural products and environment,safe production of pollution-free fruits.
