摘要
[目的]筛选安全、高效的杀虫剂用于防治茄二十八星瓢虫.[方法]通过小区试验研究5种环境友好型药剂对露地茄子上茄二十八星瓢虫的防治效果.[结果]施药后14 d,4.5％高效氯氰菊酯EC 2 000倍稀释液、48％毒死蜱EC l 500倍稀释液、0.3％印楝素EC600倍稀释液、80％敌敌畏EC 1 000倍稀释液和5％氟啶脲EC 2000倍稀释液对茄二十八星瓢虫幼虫和成虫的防效分别为94.63％、95.00％、87.59％、92.55％、90.07％和70.06％、74.36％、51.97％、61.89％、60.91％,对幼虫防效明显优于成虫.[结论]上述5种农药对茄二十八星瓢虫均具有较好的防治效果,是防治茄二十八星瓢虫较为理想的药剂.建议在茄二十八星瓢虫幼虫危害初期选用1种或几种农药进行集中防治.
Abstract
[Objective] To screen the safe and efficient insecticides for the control of Henosepilachna vigintioctopunctata (Fabricius).[Method] Plot test was carried out to research the control efficacy of five environmentally friendly insecticides on H.vigintioctopunctata.[Result] After drug application for 14 d,the control efficacy of 2 000-fold 4.5％ cypermethrin EC,1500-fold 48％ chlorpyrifos EC,600-fold 0.3％ azadirachtin EC,1 000-fold 80％ dichlorvos EC and 2 000-fold 5％ chlorfluazuron EC on H.vigintioctopunctata larva and adult were 94.63％,95.00％,87.59％,92.55％,90.07％ and 70.06％,74.36％,51.97％,61.89％,60.91％,respectively.Thus,control efficacy on larva was significantly better than that of adult.[Conclusion] All of these five insecticides have high control efficacy to H.vigintioctopuactata,which are ideal insecticides for the control of H.vigintioctopunctata.We recommend to use one or several insecticides to control the H.vigintioctopunctata in the larva stage.
