摘要
对NS1蛋白的进化、结构、调节病毒的致病性等进行了综述,在此基础上,对抗流感病毒药物及其防控技术进行了展望,以期为流感病毒的预防和治疗提供更多的可能性.
Abstract
We reviewed the evolution,structure and pathogenicity of NS1 protein.Based on this,anti-influenza drugs and their control technologies were forecasted,aiming at providing more possibility for the control and cure of influenza virus.
