芩榆散的抑菌试验研究

摘要
[目的]研究芩榆散防治畜禽腹泻的机理.[方法]分组测定芩榆散及其各组方药对猪大肠杆菌、鸡大肠杆菌和鸡沙门氏菌3种细菌的体外抑菌效果,测定芩榆散对3种细菌的最小抑菌浓度(MC) [结果]芩榆散对3种细菌的平均抑菌圈直径为16.2~16.7 mm,方剂中的4味单方药对3种细菌的平均抑菌圈直径为8.4 ~ 9.6 mm,芩榆散对猪大肠杆菌、鸡大肠杆菌、鸡沙门氏菌的MIC均为7.8mg/mE.[结论]芩榆散对3种细菌高度敏感,抑菌效果优于其组方药.
Abstract
[Objective] The mechanism of prevention and control of livestock and poultry diarrhea by Qinyu powder was studied.[Method] The antibacterial effect of Qinyu powder and its component drugs on swine Escherichia coli,chicken Escherichia coii and Salmonella gallinarum in vitro were determined,then the minimum inbibitory concentration(MIC) of Qinyu powder was measured.[Result] The average inhibition of Qinyu powder and its component drugs on 3 kinds of bacteria in diameter were between 16.2-16.7 mm,8.4-9.6 mm respectively.MIC of Qinyu powder on swine E.coli,chicken E.coli,Salmonella gallinarum was 7.8 mg/mL.[Conclusion] The antibacterial effect of Qinyu powder on 3 kinds of bacteria are highly sensitive,which was better than that of component drugs.
