摘要
通过文献研究法比较和分析了高保护价值区域和高保护价值森林的异同,结果表明:①高保护价值区域涵盖并扩展了高保护价值森林的内涵;②高保护价值区域概念的应用领域更广泛;③在高保护价值区域判定、保护和经营、监测与评价等方面可以借鉴高保护价值森林的理论和方法;④由于高保护价值区域还包含了森林以外的其他具有高保护价值属性的区域,在应用中不能完全照搬高保护价值森林的理论和方法.
Abstract
The similarity and difference of the high conservation value area and high conservation value forest are compared and studied based on the literature review.The results show that ① high conservation value area covers the high conservation value forest and extends the connotation of the latter;② high conservation value area is a more commonly used concept;③the theory and methodology of high conservation value forest could be referred to when judging,protection,management,monitoring and evaluation of the high conservation value area;④ during the application of the theory and methodology of the high conservation value forest,the modification needs to be made since the the wider range of the high conservation value area,and it could cover the other area with high conservation value besides for the forest.
