区域自动气象站社会化保障的发展方向研究

摘要
通过对当前区域自动气象站的保障体系现状和保障模式进行分析,探讨当前区域自动气象站保障体系存在的问题,并提出相应的改善方向.目前主要的保障模式有部门保障模式、厂家保障模式、第三方保障模式;传统的保障体系开始存在各种各样的缺陷,应该从不断扩大试点范围、加大培训、构建完善的评估制度、开展全面的鉴定工作等方面进行发展.
Abstract
The security system and modes of regional automatic weather stations were analyzed,the existing problems were discussed,and corresponding improvement directions were proposed.The main models include departmental security model,manufacturer security model and third party security model;the traditional security system has various defects,several suggestions were put forward,such as constantly expanding pilots scope,enhancing training,constructing a perfect evaluation system,carrying out comprehensive appraisal work.
