农村土地旅游化流转的影响分析

摘要
界定了农村土地旅游化流转的基本含义,分析了农村土地旅游化流转为农村和农民群体带来的影响:农村土地旅游化流转提升了农村产业结构,创新了农村就业形式并提高了农村土地的利用效率,但同时也带来了农地过度非粮化、土地价格上涨、土地流转收益分配不公、农村生态环境遭到破坏等诸多不利影响.提出了农村土地旅游化流转的优化策略,为农村土地旅游化流转的相关政策制定提供一定理论依据,进一步优化乡村旅游中土地流转的科学性和可持续性.
Abstract
The land circulation for rural tourism enhanced the rural industrial structure,innovated rural employment form,and improved the efficiency of land use in rural areas.But it also had some adverse impacts,such as no grain of rural land,the rise of rural land price,the income inequality of land circulation,and the destruction of ecological environment.This research studied the basic meaning of land circulation for rural tourism and analyzed the influence on the rural areas and the farmers.Countermeasures of land circulation for rural tourism were put forward,aiming at providing the theoretical basis for policy making and optimizing the land circulation for rural tourism.
