工业园区土地集约利用水平变化研究——以重庆市工业园区为例

摘要
以重庆市工业园区为研究对象,构建了土地集约利用评价指标体系,并对工业园区不同评价时点的土地利用集约利用指标值和综合分值进行了对比分析.结果表明,经过多年的开发建设,重庆市工业园区土地集约利用总体水平大幅增长,多数土地集约利用指标也有不同程度的增长.分析了重庆工业园区土地集约利用中存在的问题,主要是投入产出强度不高,高新技术产业发展薄弱,土地集约利用水平区域发展不平衡等.提出了增强工业园区发展活力、提高企业自主创新能力、促进不同区域工业园区协调发展等提高土地集约利用水平的建议.
Abstract
Taking Chongqing industrial park as research object,the evaluation index system of land intensive use was constructed,land intensive use index value and comprehensive scores of the industrial park at different time were compared.The results showed that after several years development,the overall level of land intensive use in Chongqing industrial park indicated a substantial increase,there were also different degrees of growth for most intensive land use index.Several problems in land intensive use in Chongqing industrial parks were analyzed,such as the input and output intensity is not high,the development of high-tech industry is weak and regional development of land intensive use level is imbalance.Aiming at those problems,several suggestions for improving land intensive use level were proposed,including enhancing development vitality,improving enterprises independent innovation ability,promoting coordinated development of industrial parks in different regions.
