摘要
在总结《佛山市土地整治规划(2011-2015年)》编制工作的基础上,分析“十三五”土地整治规划整治潜力、空间布局安排等主要任务,明确土地整治规划编制思路,探讨规划工作重点难点及对应措施,为规范有序开展田、水、路、林、村综合整治,进一步推进耕地保护和节约集约用地,保障稳增长、促改革、调结构、惠民生政策措施的落地,科学和合理推进“十三五”土地整治规划编制工作奠定基础.
Abstract
Through summarizing the Land Renovation Plan of Foshan City (2011-2015),the renovation potential,spatial arrangement and other main tasks of land renovation plan were analyzed during the 13th Five Year Plan.The compiling concept of land renovation plan was presented;key difficulties and corresponding measures were discussed.This research comprehensively improved the orderly development of land,water,road,forest and village,further promoted the farmland protection and economical and intensive use of land,guaranteed the implementation of policies of stabilizing growth,promoting reform,adjusting structure and benefiting livelihood,and laid foundation for the land reclamation planning work during the 13th Five Year Plan.
