基于元分析的农户土地流转意愿影响因素研究

摘要
以国内现有的影响农户土地流转意愿因素的量化实证研究结果为基础,利用元分析将农户的家庭特征、个人特征、生产特征、土地流转特征、环境特征等方面的具体因素对其流转意愿的影响情况进行汇总,解决了现有研究结论不一致、不具有普适性的问题;同时还研究了日渐完善的土地流转政策对农户流转意愿的调节效应,发现中央不断推行的土地流转政策对于文化程度低和年轻农户流转意愿的影响力较强,从而找到了通过政策提升农户流转意愿的途径.
Abstract
Based on the quantitative empirical research results of farmers' cultivated land transfer willingness influence factors in China,using meta-analysis method,the influence situation of farmers' family characteristics,personal characteristics,production characteristics,cultivated land transfer characteristics,environmental characteristics were summarized,which solved the problem of conclusion inconsistent and do not have universality in the existing research.The moderator effects of increasingly perfect land transfer policy on the willingness of farmers' land transfer were studied,it was found that land transfer policy executed by the Party Central Committee has stronger effect on low cultural level and young farmers willingness.These contribute to find ways of policies to promote farmers land transfer willingness.
