摘要

使用自行设计的实验平台和甘蔗切根刀,采用正交试验方法,研究刀具滑切角、削切角、斜切角、切割速度和甘蔗直径对切割力最大值和切割冲量的影响,并找出相对较优的参数组合.研究发现,对切割力最大值的影响大小排序依次为滑切角、甘蔗段直径、削切角、斜切角、切割速度;对切割冲量的影响大小顺序依次为切割速度、甘蔗段直径、斜切角、滑切角、削切角.为了在保证切割质量的同时使得切割力最大值和切割冲量二者保持最小,需贴根切割且选择因素的组合是:滑切角8°、削切角5°、斜切角8°及切割速度10 m/s.

Abstract

Test platform and sugarcane blade were self-designed.Orthogonal test was used to research the effects of sliding cutting angle,whittling angle,beveling angle,cutting speed and sugarcane diameter on the maximum cutting force and cutting impulse.Meanwhile,the optimal combination of cutting parameters was found out.The influencing order on cutting force was sliding cutting angle,sugarcane diameter,whittling angle,beveling angle,cutting speed;the influencing order on cutting impulse was cutting speed,sugarcane diameter,beveling angle,sliding cutting angle,whittling angle.In order to ensure the cutting quality and the least influences of cutting force and maximum cutting impulse,cutting should be carried out along the root and the combination should be 8° sliding cutting angle,5° whittling angle,8° beveling angle and 10 m/s cutting speed.
