农业综合开发投资对经济增长影响的实证研究

摘要
农业综合开发以财政投资带动社会资本,通过建设农业基础设施和调整产业结构,提高农业综合生产能力,其投资效果可以通过对社会资本的拉动效应和促进农业产值增加的产出效应来反映.该研究根据1988～2012年时间序列变量,通过平稳性检验、协整关系检验和线性回归分析,考察农业综合开发财政资金增长对社会资本增长的影响,分析农业综合开发资金与其他财政支农资金对农业总产值增长的影响.结果表明,与其他财政支农资金相比,农业综合开发投入对农业经济增长有显著的正向作用.因此,财政支农资金应加大对农业综合开发的倾斜.
Abstract
The financial investment in agricultural comprehensive development projects can promote the input of social capital.The aim of these projects is to improve the agricultural comprehensive production capacity by the construction of agricultural infrastructure and structure adjustment.The economic effects of investment in the projects included the promotion of social capital and growth of agricultural output.The empiric analysis was based on time series varieties during 1988-2012,and the methods include stationarity test,co-integration test and linear regression analysis.According to the analysis results,compared with other financial funds for agriculture,agricultural comprehensive development investment had more significantly positive effect on agricultural economic growth.Therefore,the financial fund for agriculture should increase the tilt of agricultural comprehensive development.
