摘要
基于对安徽省怀宁县新山社区的实地调研,针对社区失地农民在就业方面存在总体失业率偏高、就业稳定性不高、就业观念落后、缺少创业资金等问题,探讨从构建政府履责动力机制、提供更优质的就业公共服务和促进创业带动就业3个角度论述加强失地农民就业帮扶工作的相关政策建议,以期有效解决被征地农民就业问题.
Abstract
Based on the field investigation of Xinshan Community in Huaining County,several problems were found such as high unemployment,low job stability,uncultured employment concept,and lack of venture capital.Relevant policy suggestions were proposed to help the government to promote the employment of landless peasants,which included constructing the governmental implementing dynamic mechanism,providing better public services of employment,and supporting entrepreneurship.This research aimed to effectively solving the problem of employment of landless peasants.
