介绍了云南省腾冲市新岐林业社区管理模式,分析成功经验,提出集体林区林业管理需要建立广泛的群众参与机制、合理的利益分配制度和有效的监督机制,同时还要维持长期稳定和减少行政干预的建议,以期为相关研究提供参考.
Abstract
Management mode of Xinqi forestry community in Tengchong City of Yunnan Province was introduced.The successful experiences were analyzed.It was pointed out that forestry management of collective forestry should establish wide mass participation mechanism,rational benefit distribution system and effective supervisory mechanism.At the same time,we should maintain long-term stability and reduce administrative intervention,in order to provide references for relevant researches.
