青海省青稞产业化开发优势与发展对策

青稞是藏区的主导优势作物和藏区农牧民赖以生存的主要食粮,青稞产业是藏区农牧业的主导产业和特色产业.该研究介绍了青稞产业化开发现状及在营养、生产、市场及食品质量安全等方面的优势,分析了青稞产业化开发存在的主要问题,并从加大科技投入、加强青稞食品加工技术研究和强化青稞加工专用品种的选育和推广应用等3个方面提出了青稞产业化开发的建议.
Abstract
Highland barley is an important and typical crop in the Tibetan areas,also is the main food of Tibetan farmers and herdsmen.Highland barley industry is the leading and characteristic industry in agriculture and animal husbandry in the Tibetan areas.Development situation of highland barley industrialization was introduced,as well as its advantages in nutrient,production,market and food quality and safety.Major problems in the development of highland barley industrialization were analyzed.Suggestions for highland barley industrialization were put forward from three aspects of increasing science and technology input,improving food processing technology research of highland barley,and strengthening the breeding and application of specific varieties for processing.
