实例教学在农产品质量检测技术课程中的探索与应用

摘要
简述了我国目前农产品质量存在的问题,在此基础上明确了实例教学的特殊意义.从引导性和趣味性、生动直观、教学相长等方面概括了实例教学的特点.对如何在农产品质量检测技术中运用实例教学进行了详细分析和讨论,认为应该选用典型实例,创新教学内容;以实例为主线,多形式启发教学;以学生为中心,创新教学考核体系.提出了实例教学的课程应用方法及应注意的相关问题,旨在提高农产品质量检测技术的课程教学质量.
Abstract
Problems in agricultural products quality in China were reviewed in this research.Special meaning of case teaching was explicited.The characteristics of case teaching were summarized in the aspects of guidance,interesting,vivid and direct express,both teaching and learning and so on.We analyzed and discussed in detail how to use case teaching on the course of inspection techniques of production.It was pointed out that typical example should be selected so as to innovate teaching content.With the living example as the principal line,multiform heuristic teaching should be carried out.With student as the center,teaching evaluation system should be innovated.The course application methods and related problems that should be paid attention when case teaching were put forward,aiming at enhancing the quality examination technology of agricultural productions and the courses and teaching quality.
