摘要
[目的]明确沙地云杉内生真菌的种群分布.[方法]利用传统分离培养方法,分离、培养、鉴定沙地云杉内生真菌的种群组成.[结果]从沙地云杉各部位样品中共分离到内生真菌146株,其中有21株未产孢,经显微镜形态观察鉴定,产孢的125株内生真菌分属于21个属,其中交链孢属为优势属,分离频率为34.93%.[结论]沙地云杉不同树龄、不同部位分离获得的内生真菌在数量、分布和种群上存在一定差异.
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to study species distribution of endophytic fungi in Picea mongolica.[Method] Endophytic fungi of Picea mongolica were separated,cultivated and identified by traditionally isolated culture.[Result] A total of 146 strains endophytic fungi was isolated from different parts of Picea mongolica,21 strains were not forming spores,125 strains belonged to 21 genera,through observation and identification by microscope,Alternaria was the dominant genera,separated 34.93%.[Conclusion] The quantity,distribution and species structure of endophytic fungi exist certainly difference in different ages and parts of Picea mongolica.
