不同地区污水厂尾水中微生物群落结构多样性研究

摘要
[目的]研究不同地区污水厂尾水中微生物群落结构多样性.[方法]利用传统微生物培养方法对城市污水厂(哈尔滨太平污水厂、常州城北污水厂、海南白沙门污水厂)尾水中的细菌群落结构进行分析.[结果]经过处理后污水厂尾水的微生物数量大幅度减少,其中城北污水厂尾水中细菌总数最少;太平污水厂与城北污水厂细菌种群的相似性较高,芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)和不动杆菌属(Acineto-bacter)是3个污水处理厂的共有菌属,城北污水厂尾水中检测出含有净化水质的生丝微菌属(Hyphomicrobium)和红假单胞菌属(Pseudo-monas).[结论]该研究结果可为污水厂尾水的回收利用提供理论参考.
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to study the diversity of microbial community structure of tail water from sewage plants in different areas.[Method] Using traditional microbiological culture method,the bacteria community structure in tail water from sewage plants(Harbin Taiping Sewage Plant,Changzhou Chengbei Sewage Plant,Hainan Baishamen Sewage Plant) was analyzed.[Result] The results showed there was a significant reduction in the number of microorganisms in tail water from sewage plants after treatment,total number of bacteria in tail water from Changzhou Chengbei Sewage Plant was least of all;the similarity of bacteria community in Taiping Sewage Plant and Chengbei Sewage Plant was relative high,Bacillus and Acinetobacter were common dominant bacteria in three wastewater treatment plants.Hyphomicrobium and Pseudomonas with water purification ability were measured in tail water from Chengbei Sewage Plant.[Conclusion] The study results can provide theoretical reference for recycling and utilization of tail water from sewage plants.
