玉米秸秆与油污泥混合成型燃料燃烧特性研究

摘要
[目的]提高生物质能源的可再生效率,探究混合成型燃料燃烧的影响因素.[方法]选取黑龙江省常见的废弃玉米秸秆和大庆油田落地废弃油泥为试验原材料,以油泥添加比例、燃烧温度、成型燃料质量的大小为影响因素,采用等温法在马弗炉中燃烧,测其燃烧性能.[结果]当混合成型燃料中玉米秸秆所占比重增大时,其失重率、燃烧速率明显降低;当马弗炉炉内温度升高时,其失重率、燃烧速率明显提高;当混合成型燃料质量增加时,其失重率、燃烧速率也显著提高.[结论]该研究可为进一步研究秸秆与含油污泥混合成型燃料燃烧性能良好的工艺参数范围提供基本的理论依据.
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to improve the utilization efficiency of biomass energy and explore influencing factors of molding fuel.[Method] With waste corn stalk and sludge from Daqing Oil Field as test materials,sludge addition ratio,combustion temperature,molding fuel quality size as influencing factors,burning in the muffle furnace by isothermal method,the combustion performance was measured.[Result] The results were as follow:with the increase of the proportion of corn stalk in biomass molding fuel,weight loss rate and the maximum combustion rate was significantly reduced.With the temperature of the muffle furnace increases,the burning rate and weight loss rate were significantly improved.With the quality of molding fuel increases,the burning rate and the maximum weight loss rate increased significantly.[Conclusion] The study provides basic theoretical reference for further research on the process parameter range of the combustion performance of the mixture of straw and oily sludge.
