摘要
蔬菜水果作为人们日常饮食中必需的农产品,其质量安全状况引起人们的广泛关注,对其中农药残留的分析具有重要意义.以防城港市为例,通过连续10年对蔬菜水果生产基地的风险监测,分析统计主要残留农药及存在的风险隐患,并提出相应的农产品质量安全建议.
Abstract
Vegetable and fruit are the necessary agricultural products in daily diet.Its quality.safety has attached wide attention.Among them,the analysis of pesticide residue is of great significance.With Fangchenggang City as the research case,risk of vegetable and fruit production base was monitored in recent ten years.The main pesticide residue and the hidden risks were analyzed.Suggestions for quality safety of agricultural products were put forward.
