摘要
[目的]探讨美国金钟连翘扦插生根机理及生根过程中营养物质和相关酶活性的变化规律.[方法]以美国金钟连翘为研究对象,研究NAA对美国金钟连翘生根过程中可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、总氮、SOD酶和POD酶的影响.[结果]生根过程中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量均呈先下降后上升的趋势,而总氮含量表现为上升-下降-上升的趋势.POD酶活性呈上升-下降-上升-下降的变化趋势,SOD酶活性变化不明显.[结论]营养物质的代谢、SOD酶、POD酶活性的变化与美国金钟连翘嫩枝生根过程密切相关.经NAA处理的插穗各生理指标均高于对照,但两者的动态变化规律基本一致.
Abstract
[Objective] To discuss the cutting rooting mechanism of Forsythia intermedia ‘ Zabel’,and the change laws of nutrients and related enzyme activity during rooting process.[Method] With F.intermedia as the research object,we researched the effects of NAA on the soluble protein,soluble sugar,total nitrogen content,SOD and POD activities in the rooting of F.intermedia.[Result] During the process of rooting,soluble protein and soluble sugar firstly declined and then enhanced.Total nitrogen content showed a trend of increase-decrease-increase.POD activity showed a trend of increase-decrease-increase-decrease.SOD activity had no significant changes.[Conclusion] Nutrient metabolism,SOD and POD activity change have close correlation with F.intermedia rooting.Cuttings after NAA treatment have higher physiological indexes than the control.But dynamic changes of the two have basically the same laws.
