摘要

[目的]提取并测定合欢花中总黄酮.[方法]采用AlCl3-甲醇显色-紫外分光光度法测定合欢花中总黄酮的含量,并以总黄酮提取率为指标,通过正交试验优化合欢花中黄酮类化合物的超声提取工艺.[结果]确定紫外检测波长为434 nm,精密度、重复性的RSD分别为0.96%、1.46%,加样回收率为99.6%.超声提取最佳工艺参数为料液比1∶30(g∶mL)、乙醇体积分数80%、温度60℃、提取2次,在此条件下总黄酮提取率为2.94%.[结论]该方法可为进一步开发合欢花资源提供一定的参考.

Abstract

[Objective] To extract and detect the total flavonoids from the flowers of Albizia julibrissin durazz.[Method] The content of total flavonoids in A.julibrissin was determined by AlCl3-methanol color development-UV spectrophotometry.With the extraction rate of total flavonoids as the index,ultrasonic extraction technology of flavonoids from A.julibrissin was optimized by orthogonal test.[Result] The detection wavelength was 434 nm.The RSDs of precision and reproducibility tests were 0.96% and 1.46%,respectively.The average recovery rate was 99.6%.The optimal extraction technology was l∶30(g∶mL) solid-liquid ratio,80% ethanol volume fraction,60 ℃ extraction temperature and 2 extraction times.Under this condition,the extraction rate of total flavonoids from the flowers of A.julibrissin was 2.94%.[Conclusion] This research provides references for the further development of A.julibrissin flowers.
