亳芍产芍药苷内生真菌的筛选

摘要
[目的]筛选亳芍产芍药苷内生真菌.[方法]采用组织块法从亳芍的根部分离内生真菌;从内生真菌发酵液中抽提芍药苷;然后通过薄层层析、高效液相色谱分析和基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱对内生真菌所产芍药苷进行鉴定.[结果]从亳芍中分离到22株内生真菌,其中1株为产芍药苷内生真菌,经形态学初步鉴定为细脚棒束孢种(Isaria tenuipes).[结论]从亳芍中分离到了一株产芍药苷内生真菌R12,可作为芍药苷药物工业化生产的候选菌株.
Abstract
[Objective] To isolate paeoniflorin-producing endophytic fungi strains from Paeonia lactiflora.[Method] The endophytic fungi were isolated from the root of Paeonia lactiflora using tissue explants;The paeoniflorin from endophytic fungi were confirmed by thin layer chromatography(TLC),high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF).[Result] A total of 22 endophytic fungi were isolated from the root of Paeonia lactiflora.1 strain was recognized as an endophytic fungi capable of producing paeoniflorin and classified asIsaria tenuipes.[Conclusion] The separated endophytic fungi,strain R12,can be a candidate for paeoniflorin production.
