摘要

[目的]优化茶渣有机肥最佳发酵工艺参数.[方法]以茶渣废弃物为试验对象,通过添加锯末、油枯、石灰、木醋,共设8个处理,筛选最优处理和最佳参数.[结果]各发酵处理中,添加油枯处理的平均发酵温度比添加锯末的高出3.1℃;添加石灰处理的pH为8.055和8.444,添加木醋处理的pH为6.274和7.611;添加油枯和木醋处理可提高茶渣堆肥的电导率.[结论]初始发酵水分60%,每3d翻堆1次,油枯和木醋添加量为5%的配方组合,可以得到茶渣有机肥最佳发酵工艺参数.

Abstract

[Objective] The aim was to optimize tea-leaf organic fertilizer fermentation technical parameters.[Method] Through adding sawdust,oil cake,lime,wood vinegar,setting up 8 treatments,the optimal treatment and parameters were obtained.[Result] In each fermentation treatment,average temperature by adding oil cake treatment was 3.1 ℃ higher than that adding sawdust;pH in treatment by adding lime was 8.055 and 8.044,pH in treatment by adding wood vinegar was 6.274 and 7.611;Adding oil cake and wood vinegar could improve conductivity of tealeaf composting.[Conclusion] Under the conditions of 60% initial fermentation moisture,turning 1 time every 3 d,5% oil cake and wood vinegar formula,the optimal fermentation technical parameters of tea-leaf organic fertilizer can be obtained.
