摘要
从监测网络、科技支撑、产品开发、发布渠道建设、机制建设、服务形式等方面对宿州市气象为农服务“两个体系”的探索和实践进行了总结,指出了发展中存在的问题和不足,分析了存在的挑战和机遇,并从需求牵引、丰富科技内涵、示范带动、开放融合和长效机制等方面阐述了气象为农服务“两个体系”建设和发展思路.
Abstract
The exploration and practices of "two system" of meteorological service for agriculture in Suzhou City were summarized from aspects of monitoring network,scientific and technological support,products development,release channel construction,mechanism establishment,service form and so on.The existing problems and shortcomings were proposed,the challenges and opportunities were analyzed,the development thought of "two system" of meteorological service for agriculture was elaborated from aspects of demand traction,enrichment of connotation of science and technology,open and integration,long-term mechanism.
