农村建设用地复垦影响因子研究——以重庆市为例

摘要
基于重庆市地形地貌复杂、土地复垦影响因素众多的现实情况,根据重庆市800个复垦片块的调查数据,运用结构方程模型,将自然条件、片块区位条件、农民参与作为外生潜变量,将复垦后土地利用情况、农民满意度作为内生潜变量,对农村建设用地复垦的影响因子进行了研究.结果表明:结构方程模型可以较好地拟合农村建设用地复垦方向、各项工程的修筑与各复垦影响因子间的关系;复垦中石坎修筑、排水沟布局、生产路布局的影响因子各不相同;附属用地坡度、土层厚度、利用情况及周边耕作情况对复垦方向的影响最大.
Abstract
Based on the actual situation of complex landform and many factors affecting land reclamation in Chongqing,according to investigation data of 800 patches,using structural equation model,with natural conditions,patch location conditions,famers participationas exogenous latent variable,taking land use situation after reclamation,farmers satisfaction degree as endogenous latent variable,influence factors of rural construction land reclamation were studied.The results showed that the structural equation model could better fit the relationship among reclanation direction,construction of each project and impact fact,rs;the influence factors of flood control stone ridge building,drainage ditch layout and production road layout were various;subordinate land gradient,soil thickness,utilization situation and surrounding cultivation had most significant effects on reclanation direction.
