摘要
结合我国新常态下的乡村规划编制实践,运用调查问卷、座谈访谈、文献查阅、GIS生态要素分析等研究方法,在深入分析武陵山区骑马坡村区位特色、独特价值、存在问题和现实需要等基础上,注重乡村内生动力开发,从外部协作和内部整治两方面提出乡村发展策略:外部着眼于乡村生产与未来谋划,发展乡村旅游,从多层面上与周边地区实现捆绑、搭载与对接等方式的协作开发;内部立足于村民日常生活所需,通过整治土地利用、道路交通与配套设施逐步完善基础服务功能.指出新常态下乡村规划在整治内部同时,应注意融入区域,科学确定开发时序.
Abstract
Combined with practice of rural planning under new normal in China,using questionnaire,interview,literature review,GIS ecological factors analysis,on the basis of deep anlysis of location features,unique value,existing problems and practical demands of Qimapo Village in Wuling Mountainous area,pay attention to the development of rural endogenous power,strategies for rural development were proposed from aspects of external coordination and internal regulation:focus on rural production and future planning,developing rural tourism,realizing cooperative development through bunding,loading and docking with surrounding area from multiple level;based on demand of villagers' daily life,through regulation of land use,road traffic and ancillary facilities,thus gradually improving the basic service functions.It was pointed out that rural planning under new normal conditions should integrate into the region and scientifically determine development sequence.
