山西省岢岚县水污染防治形势及对策建议

摘要
国务院出台的《水污染防治行动计划》是当前和今后相当一段时期全国水污染防治工作的重要纲领,对加快全面推进全国水环境质量改善做出了系统部署.县域是环境保护的重要基本单元,是落实水环境质量改善任务的重要基础.该研究选取山西省岢岚县作为研究对象,分析了岢岚县水环境现状和污染物排放情况,查明了区域水污染成因及防治形势,并针对性地提出了控制污染物排放、严格环境执法监管、加强组织保障等水污染防治对策建议,为县域水污染防治研究工作提供借鉴.
Abstract
The State Council introduced the Action Plan for Prevention and Control of Water Pollution,which made systematic deployment to accelerate the improvement of water environmental quality.The county as the basic unit of environmental protection played an important role in improving waterenvironment quality.Selecting Kelan County in Shanxi Province as the research object,water environment status and pollutant emissions were analyzed,causes and control situation of regional water pollution were investigated,several countermeasures were put forward such as controlling pollutant emission,strictly supervising environmental law enforcement,strengthening organization guarantee,so as to provide a reference for county level water pollution control work.
