摘要
基于查阅文献、理论研究、综合分析和实地调查等研究方法,对城市老年人的休闲行为特点进行调查和分析,结合寒地城市气候的特点,从老年人生理、心理和社会3方面的特殊需求,提出针对老年户外休闲空间规划的合理化建议,旨在解决老年户外休闲区域针对性弱、使用功能局限、服务半径不合理、设施不健全等问题,营造有助于老年人身心健康以及锻炼其自主活动能力的户外环境,并为相关研究提供理论支撑和参考依据.
Abstract
Based on literature review,theoretical research,comprehensive analysis and on-the-spot investigation,characteristics of leisure behavior of city elderly were investigated and analyzed.Combined with climate characteristics of cold city,from special demands of physical,psychological and social aspects of the elderly,reasonable suggestions on the elderly outdoor leisure space planning were proposed,so as to solve the problems of weak and limited function,unreasonable service redius and inadequate facilities,which helps to create a physical and mental health outdoor environment for the elderly and exercise their independent activities,provide theoretical support and reference basis for relevant studies.
