摘要
为系统保护生态环境,推进畜禽养殖污染防治与产业可持续发展的协调统一,在梳理各地已经划定完成的畜禽养殖禁养区划定方案的基础上,结合前期调研情况,系统分析和讨论目前在禁养区划定中存在的主要问题,提出畜禽养殖禁养区划定方案的编制建议,以期为有关部门优化与实施畜禽养殖禁养区划定方案提供参考.
Abstract
For protecting eco-environment and promoting harmonization of livestock and poultry breeding pollution control and sustainable development of industry,on the basis of reviewing delimited ban area on raising livestock and poultry,combined with preliminary investigation,main problems in current forbidden area delimitation were analyzed and discussed,several suggestions for compiling delineation scheme were proposed,so as to provide reference for optimizing and implementing no breeding area delimitation scheme.
