室内工厂化水产养殖自动投饲系统设计

摘要
针对当前我国室内工厂化水产养殖机械化和自动化水平低,人工投饲劳动强度大的现状,利用轨道传动、传感器和PLC技术,设计了新型的室内工厂化水产养殖自动投饲系统.从室内工厂化水产养殖自动投饲系统的工作原理、技术要求和关键部件结构的设计3个方面进行介绍,主要对行走装置、料仓、定量控制装置、抛撒装置、上料装置和自动控制装置等方面做了详细的设计.同时,利用Pro/E软件对室内工厂化水产养殖自动投饲机的整机结构进行了三维实体建模.结果证明,该投饲机各部分组装合理,可以进行后续的样机制作,并有望应用于国内现有的室内水产养殖工厂,来替代效率低、成本高的人工投饲.
Abstract
In view of the low aquatic farming machinery and automation level,and the high labor intensity of artificial feeding of indoor factories in current China,we used the orbit driving,sensor and PLC to design the automatic feeding system for new indoor recirculating aquaculture system.In this research,the walking device,storage bin,quantitative control device,throwing device,feeding device and automatic control device and other aspects were designed in detail from three aspects of the working principle,technical requirements and key components of the indoor recirculating aquaculture system automatically feeding system.At the same time,Pro/E software was used to carry out 3D modeling of the whole structure of indoor aquaculture automatic feeding.Results proved that each part of the feeding system assembly was reasonable,which could be used for follow-up manufacture of sample device.And it was expected to be applied in the existing domestic indoor aquaculture factory,to replace the artificial feeding of low efficiency and high cost investment.
