土壤循环消毒机液压系统设计研究

摘要
土壤消毒在国内是一种新兴的、高效解决土壤疾病等问题的技术.为了解决重茬种植等原因造成的土壤病虫害问题,根据绿色消毒工作的要求,进行了土壤循环消毒机的液压部分设计.试验设计了整机液压系统的原理图,并对行进液压马达、液压泵、各种控制阀进行了参数计算及选型,设计结果可为土壤消毒设备提供参考.
Abstract
Soil disinfection is a new and high efficient technology to solve the problems of soil diseases.To solve the soil diseases and pests caused by continuous cropping,we designed the hydraulic part of soil circulating disinfection machine according to the requirements of green disinfection work.The overall design principle diagram of hydraulic system was designed.Parameter calculation and selection of traveling hydraulic motor,hydraulic pump and various control valves were carried out.The design provides references for the equipment of soil disinfection.
