摘要
以粤东A县为例,通过理论与实际情况的分析,提出了地籍数据整合建库的原则、技术路线及相关问题的处理方法.地籍数据整合建库要遵循全面系统、完整科学、图数一体、严谨严密的原则,严格执行“一张图”输出管理方式,图形成果必须统一坐标系,新测宗地及修补测必须采用正确的方法,整合前数据必须进行有效性筛选,整合过程谨防测绘精度损失,对问题宗地要建立管理数据库.地籍数据整合建库技术路线依次为数据转换和处理、宗地自动编码、地籍资料采集及纸质档案扫描、宗地图形处理及地籍库图整理、宗地信息核查、宗地相关资料的关联关系处理、清查及整合后的数据建库.
Abstract
With A county in eastern Guangdong Province as example,through analysis of theory and actual situation,the principle,technical route and processing methods for relevant problems of cadastral data integration database were proposed.Cadastral database integration should follow comprehensive and systematic,complete and scientific,graph data integration rigorous principles.The graphic results must unify coordinate system,new parcel and repair must adopt the correct method,data before integration must be selected effectively,beware of surveying and mapping precision loss in integration process.The technique route of cadastral data integration database was data conversion and processing,parcel automatic encoding,cadastral data collection and paper file scanning,graphics processing and cadastral database collation,parcel information verification,relational processing,inventory of relevant data and integration database establishment.
