摘要
[目的]筛选对玉米蚜Rhopalosiphum maidis抗性的糯玉米品种.[方法]采用蚜情指数法和大量蚜虫侵染法对6个糯玉米(Zea mays L.sinensis Kulesh)品种分别在苗期和大喇叭口期进行抗蚜性鉴定.[结果]苗期评价结果为6个糯玉米品种的抗性植株百分率为30% ~ 70%,抗性级别显示中糯1号、丰糯1号、苏玉糯2号为抗(R),品糯28、凤糯2146为中抗(MR),苏玉糯5号为感(S);6个糯玉米品种在大喇叭口期的抗性级别均为感(S).[结论]糯玉米在苗期对蚜虫的抗性较高,在大喇叭口期对蚜虫的抗性较低.
Abstract
[Objective]The aim was to screen out waxy corn varieties with resistance to Rhopalosiphum maidis.[Method] The resistance of 6 waxy corn cultivars to Rhopalosiphum maidis was evaluated by mass-infesting young seedlings and aphid index method at seedling stage and large bell stage.[Result] The results of seedling evaluation were that the percentage of resistant plants of 6 waxy corn varieties was 30%-70%,the resistance levels showed that the Zhongnuo No.1,Fengnuo No.1 and Suyunuo No.2 were resistance(R),Fengnuo2146,Pinnuo No.28 were middle resistance(MR),and the Suyunuo No.5 was susceptible(S).The resistance level of 6 waxy maize varieties were susceptible in booting stage.[Conclusion]The resistance of waxy maize to Rhopalosiphum maidis is high at seedling stage,however that is low in large bell stage.
