摘要

[目的]从三七重茬土壤中富集筛选解磷菌.[方法]分别于有机磷平板培养测定解磷圈大小,以Ca3(PO4)2为唯一磷源的无机磷液体培养基中连续培养14 d,测定其溶磷量.[结果]从3株解磷菌中筛选到了1株具有较好解磷效果的菌株P9,菌株P9的菌落直径最小,解磷圈直径最大,接触酶、淀粉水解、硝酸盐还原、葡萄糖产酸、肌醇产酸均为阳性,吲哚试验呈阴性.[结论]生理生化试验和16SrDNA测序表明,P9为欧文氏杆菌(Erwinia tasmaniensis).

Abstract

[Objective] The aim was to isolate phosphate-solubilizing bacteria from continuous cropping soil of Panax notoginseng.[Method] The size of phosphate-solubilizing cycle was determined on plate using Ca3 (PO4)2 as the sole source of inorganic phosphorus liquid in the running 14 days,and whose phosphate-solubilizing capacity was determined.[Result] From three isolated strains,one strain P9 having good phosphatesolubilizing effect was selected.The colony diameter of strain P9 was the smallest,and the diameter of phosphate dissolving circle was the largest.Contact enzyme,starch hydrolysis,nitrate reduction,glucose acid production,inositol acid production were positive,the indole test was negative.[Conclusion] Physiological,biochemical test and 16SrDNA sequencing indicates strain P9 belongs to Erwinia tasmaniensis.
