小鼠口服五氯柳胺的急性毒性研究

摘要
[目的]为初步评价五氯柳胺的安全性,对其进行小鼠的急性毒性试验.[方法]预试验采用递增法确定给药的剂量范围和正式试验分组.正式试验采用简化寇氏法,灌胃给药,观察7d,观察给药后小鼠的体征变化,统计死亡率和死亡时间,计算LD50值及其95％置信区间.[结果]小鼠口服五氯柳胺的LD50为1.130 g/kg,95％置信区间为0.940～1.359 g/kg.[结论]按照化学物的急性毒性剂量分级,五氯柳胺为低毒化学物.
Abstract
[Objective] In order to evaluate the safety of Oxyclozanide,the acute toxicity test in mice was conducted.[Method] The incremental method was used to determine the groups and dosage of the formal experiment in preliminary experiment.According to the simplified Karber's method in the formal experi.ment,after giving medicine lavage and observing for 7 days,the change of sign was observed after administration in mice,the mortality and death time was recorded,the LD5o and 95％ confidence interval was calculated.[Result] The LD50 of Oxyelozanide in mice was 1.130 g/kg and 95％ confidence interval was 0.940-1.359 g/kg.[Conclusion] According to the classification of acute toxicity dosages of chemicals,Oxyclozanide is the low toxic chemical.
