摘要
围绕农产品质量安全监管问题,设计了基于Browser/Server的农产品质量安全信用管理平台,对农产品生产经营组织进行统一管理和信用评级,面向公众公开展示其信用评级状况;以广东省惠州市为例,对该平台的实现与应用进行了分析.结果表明,该平台可以形成有效的公开监管窗口,提升政府部门的监管能力,改善农产品质量安全诚信环境,提高各方的农产品质量安全诚信意识,从而营造企业规范生产、诚信经营的良好社会氛围.
Abstract
Aiming at the supervision of the quality and safety of agricultural products,a credit management platform was designed and implemented based on Browser/Server framework,concentrating information of agricultural production and operation organizations for unified management and credit rating,and publishing its credit rating to the public;with Huizhou City in Guangdong Province as example,the implementation and application of the platform was analyzed.The results showed that the platform can form an effective public regulation window,improve the capacity of government regulation and credit environment of the agricultural product quality security,as well as the public's integrity awareness of agricultural product quality safety,thus building a good social ambience of standard production and integrity operation of agricultural products.
