摘要

[目的]探讨刺梨扦插繁育技术,扩大刺梨人工栽植面积.[方法]研究不同植物激素、入土深度和扦插方式对扦插成活率、发枝数、苗高的影响.[结果]以ABT生根剂600 mg/kg处理成活率达83.3%,平均发枝数4条,苗高26.8 cm;扦插入土深度5~6 cm处理成活率76.5%,发枝数(3条)和苗高(28.3 cm)均高于入土深度7~8、3~4 cm处理;60°斜插成活率77.8%.[结论]以ABT生根剂600mg/kg、扦插入土深度5~6 cm、60°斜插促根效果好,成活率较高.

Abstract

[Objective] The aim was to discuss cutting propagation technology and expand artificial cultivation area of Rosa roxburghii.[Method] Effects of different plant hormone,depth and cutting ways on survival rate,number of branches and seedling height were studied.[Result] The survival rate was 83.3%,average branch number was 4 and seedling height was 26.8 cm by applying 600 mg/kg ABT rooting agent;the survival rate was 76.5%,branch number was 3 and seedling height was 28.3 cm when cutting depth was 5-6 cm;the survival rate was 77.8% under 60°oblique cutting.[Conclusion] 600 mg/kg ABT rooting agent,soil depth 5-6 cm and 60°oblique cutting are good for rooting and have higher survival rate.
