广州市绿道效益及其存在问题研究

摘要
作为珠三角绿道建设的先河,广州市截至2012年底,累计建成绿道2174 km,覆盖面积3600 km2,服务人口超过800万,成为城市绿道建设的典范.在广州市绿道效益评估方面,通过定量分析评估其生态效益,数理模型结合SPSS分析评估其经济效益,定性分析评估其社会效益.针对广州市绿道存在的问题,笔者采取调查问卷和实地考察相结合的方式,最终发现广州市绿道在建设和投入使用中存在三大问题:①绿道层次和使用率低;②生态功能薄弱;③有些路段选线不合理.笔者就此提出了合理化建议:转变建设者和使用者的观念;生态学专家参与绿道的规划;重点打造社区绿道.该研究旨在为广州市的城市建设和完善工作提供科学决策的依据和可借鉴的建议.
Abstract
As the precedent of construction of the Pearl River greenway,Guangzhou has completed a total of greenways 2174 km,coverage 3600 km2,serving a population of over 8 million by the end of 2012.It becomes a model for other cities to learn greenway construction.For Guangzhou greenway' s benefit assessment,this paper quantitatively analyzed the ecological benefits,qualitatively evaluated the social benefits,and analyzed the economic benefits by mathematical model and SPSS analysis method.By using questionnaires and field investigation,three problems in construction and use of greenway in Guangzhou were found out:low greenway levels and utilization rate,weak ecological functions and unreasonable route selection in some sections.Several suggestions were put forward:converting idea of builders and users;ecological experts participating in the planning of greenway;focus on building community greenway.The aim was to provide scientific decisionmaking reference and suggestions for construction and improvement of Guangzhou City.
