摘要
基于山西省水资源短缺的现状,针对水资源严重短缺及时空分布不均衡、水资源污染严重、干旱化趋势加剧、地下水严重超采等问题,提出了提高水资源利用率、跨流域调水、提高省间虚拟水的贸易量、建立污水监管长效机制、加强区域生态环境建设的解决措施与对策,以期为相关研究提供借鉴.
Abstract
Based on the water resources shortage in Shanxi Province,there were many problems such as serious shortage of water resources,uneven spatial and temporal distribution,serious pollution of water resources,intensified drought,and serious over exploitation of groundwater.Countermeasures were put forward,including enhancing the utilization rate of water resources,transferring inter-basin water,improving the virtual water trade between different provinces,establishing long-term mechanism of sewage regulation,and strengthening the regional ecological environment.This research aimed to providing references for relevant researches.
