基于AHP的新疆生产建设兵团城镇化水平评价

摘要
从社会发展经济建设、社会稳定和生态环境4个方面选取20个评价因子,建立新疆生产建设兵团城镇化水平评价指标体系,运用层次分析法,分别构造判断矩阵,对新疆兵团14个师的城镇化水平做出了评价;采用因子分析法,构建新疆兵团城镇化评价模型,对新疆兵团城镇化发展水平进行了评估.通过SAS软件,得到新疆兵团14个师城镇化发展水平的排名,从而验证了模型的科学性和实用性.
Abstract
A total of 20 evaluation factors were selected from four aspects of social development,economic construction,social stability and ecological environment.Evaluation index system of urbanization levels of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps was established.Aalytic hierarchy process was used to construct judgment matrix.Urbanization levels of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps were evaluated.SASS software showed the rank of urbanization levels of 14 divisions in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,which verified the scientificity and practicability of model.
