摘要
基于对宁波、杭州和苏州3市现代农业园区的实地考察,归纳总结出江浙地区现代农业园区建设注重顶层设计、发展定位清晰、财政大力支持、管理权责明晰、分类指导建设的成功经验.结合武汉市实际,提出了武汉市现代都市农业园区建设的总体思路以及大力发展精品园的具体措施.
Abstract
Based on field investigation of modern agricultural parks in Ningbo,Hangzhou and Suzhou,successful experiences were summarized including pay attention to top-level design,distinct development orientation,strong financial support,clear management responsibilities,classified guidance.Combined with actual situation of Wuhan City,the general idea of the construction of modern agricultural park in Wuhan City and the concrete measures for vigorously developing fine garden were put forward.
