摘要
随着泰州市农民培训工作的深入,泰州市农民培训工作已经进入了重质量轻数量的时代.2015年泰州市农民培训工作在市委、市政府的悉心指导下取得了长足进步,新型农民培育程度逐年提升,但是细观泰州市农民培训工作,仍然存在着与实际生产脱钩,师生素质亟待提高,学院选择不合理等诸多问题.针对上述情况,该研究从培训经费、培训资源、培训内容等方面多管齐下,力求在结合泰州市农民培训实际的基础上,着力化解农民培训问题.
Abstract
With the in-depth work of farmers training in Taizhou City,it has entered into the times of paying more attention to the quantity than the quality.In the year 2015,the work of farmers training in Taizhou City has made great progress under the guidance of the municipal party committee and municipal government.Cultivation degree of new farmers enhanced year by year,but there were still many problems,such as decoupling in actual production,further improvement of the comprehensive qualities for teachers and students,and unreasonable selection of colleges.Based on these conditions,farmers' training problem should be solved based on the practical farmers training in Taizhou City from the aspects of training funds,training resources,training contents and so on.
