摘要

[目的]构建一种适宜的陈皮精油提取方法。[方法]利用超临界CO2萃取技术提取陈皮中的挥发性精油,以提取率为指标,首先研究了原料粒度、温度、压力及时间各单因素对提取率的影响,然后用响应面分析法优化提取工艺。[结果]研究表明,超临界CO2萃取技术能有效地提取陈皮中的精油,提取率模型为:Y=-53.39667+2.57611A+0.062000B+0.046000C-0.031098A2。优化后的提取工艺为温度41.43℃、压力25 MPa和粒度60目,精油提取率模型预测值为4.28%,试验验证值为4.18%,预测值与实际值无显著差异(P=0.01)。[结论]超临界CO2萃取技术是一种从陈皮中提取精油的有效方法。

Abstract

[Objective] To establish an optimal technical condition for the extraction of essential oil from Pericarpium citri reticulatae. [Method] Supercritical CO2 fluid extraction was used to extract the essential oil from P. citri. With the extraction rate as the index,we researched the effects of the temperature,pressure,time and particle size of raw material on the extraction rate. Then,extraction condition was optimized by re-sponse surface methodology. [Result] Supercritical CO2 fluid extraction could effectively extract the essential oil from P. citri. The extraction rate model was Y= -53. 396 67 + 2. 576 11A + 0. 062 000B + 0. 046 000C -0. 031 098A2 . The optimal extraction condition was 41. 43℃, 25 MPa and 60 mesh. The model predicted value of extracting rate of essential oil was up to 4. 28%;and the validate value was 4. 18%. There were no significant differences between predicated value and practical value (P=0. 01). [Conclusion] Supercritical CO2 fluid extraction is an effective technique to extract essential oil from P. citri.
