摘要

[目的]为水质水量波动大且含有大量难降解有机物的化工园区废水的达标排放寻求合适的处理工艺。[方法]采用水解酸化-MBR工艺处理某化工园区废水。[结果]水解酸化-MBR工艺对NH3-N去除效果较好,出水NH3-N达到一级A排放标准;对COD去除作用有限,COD去除率为30%~45%,出水COD达到一级排放标准困难较大。[结论]今后需采用高级氧化等物化措施,提高对COD去除效果。

Abstract

[ Objective] To find a proper process technology to realize the up-to-standard release of wastewater in Chemical Industrial Park with great fluctuation in water quantity and quality, and a great amount of refractory organics. [ Method] Hydrolytic Acidification-MBR process was adopted to treat the wastewater in Chemical Industrial Park. [ Result] Hydrolytic Acidification-MBR process had good performance of ammonia removal, effluent ammonia met the first A discharge standard. This process had limited removal efficiency to COD, which ranged from 30% to 48%. It was relatively difficult for effluent COD to reach the first discharge standard. [ Conclusion] Physical and chemical measures should be adopted in future so as to enhance the COD removal efficiency.
