摘要
针对青海省江河流域区、地貌单元的自然地理生态特点以及与农牧业发展规划、区划、自然保护区基本趋于一致的原则，将青海省草地资源开发战略布局划分为青南高原高寒草地生态保护区，祁连山地生态畜牧业开发区，柴达木盆地荒漠化草地保护建设区，东部黄土高原草业生态经济区4个区，探讨了4个区的草地资源开发战略。
Abstract
According to the river basin in Qinghai Province, natural geographic ecological characteristics of landform unit, and the farming and animal husbandry development planning, zoning, natural reserve basic consistent principle, the strategy layout of grassland resource development was divided into four regions including alpine grassland ecological protection area of southern Qinghai Plateau, Qilian Mountain ecological animal husbandry development zone, protection and construction area of desertification grassland in Qaidam Basin, eastern Loess Plateau grassland eco-logical economic zone, the development strategy of grassland resources in four regions were discussed.
